A warm feeling of thankfulness & appreciation, gratitude affirms that there are good things in the world – and it is probably fair to say that we all need a little extra good right now! It is an acknowledgement that others give us many gifts – big & small – that help us to achieve the goodness in our lives. More than simply saying “thank you” for those gifts, gratitude helps us to stop focusing on the negativity in our lives and rather, focus on the positive that surrounds us.
